Callie Cripps
Executive Director
Originally from upstate New York, Callie brings with her a wealth of experience in community and economic development.
A proud graduate of Cleveland State University's Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, she began her career working on neighborhood revitalization and master planning in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood.
Since then, she’s held leadership roles supporting businesses in Collinwood, Hough, and St. Clair Superior, led corporate relations at Downtown Cleveland Alliance, and most recently directed economic development for the City of Euclid.
Callie’s dedication to strengthening communities is matched by her impressive involvement in nonprofit boards, including service with CREW Cleveland, NAIOP, ULI, Downtown Euclid SID, and One South Euclid. She’s also the principal of a consulting firm that works with Special Improvement Districts in Cleveland.
Emma Davies
Operations & Asset Manager
Originally from Lakewood, Ohio, Emma brings a passion for community development and public service to the Shaker Heights Development Corporation.
She earned her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in 2017 before completing her Master of Public Health at Ohio University in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in community health, data analysis, and program planning.
She began her career in nonprofit community development with the Euclid Development Corporation, where she administered housing and neighborhood revitalization programs and collaborated with partners to strengthen the community.
She is passionate about building strong relationships, improving organizational operations, and creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to the long-term success of Shaker Heights.
